1. Refund & Return Policy

 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or different from what was shown/ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

• We will bear the return shipping charges in such cases.

• Refunds will be processed within 15–20 working days from the date of approval.

 

Change of Mind / Order Cancellation

• If you change your mind after placing an order (for non-damaged/non-defective items), you are eligible for a 70% refund of the order value.

• In this case, transport/shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

• Refunds will be processed within 15–20 working days after we receive the returned product in its original condition.

 

Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be made to your original mode of payment (Bank Transfer, UPI, Card, etc.).

• Please allow standard banking timelines in addition to our 15–20 working days processing period.

 

Non-Refundable Cases

• Products returned without prior approval.

• Customized products with no manufacturing defect or damage.

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence by the customer.

 

 

2. Shipping Terms & Conditions

• Within Hyderabad – Free delivery is available depending on order quantity.

  • Bulk/large orders may qualify for free delivery.

  • Small orders (e.g., 10–20 pieces) will not be eligible for free delivery.

• Outside Hyderabad / Rest of India – Shipping charges apply and vary based on:

  • Order size & quantity

  • Weight & dimensions of the package

  • Delivery location & connectivity

• Final Shipping Charges – Since costs vary, we will provide the exact shipping charges at the time of order confirmation after reviewing your order details.

• Delivery Time – Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of booking, depending on stock availability, customization, and courier partner timelines.

 

3. How to Request a Refund/Return

• Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Provide order details, photographs of the product, and reason for return/refund.

• Once approve
